Core Capabilities

Protocol-native, not protocol-agnostic

Most mesh platforms paper over protocol differences. Meshkindle exposes the full stack — and gives facility engineers the controls to match protocol to deployment context. We are not a BMS replacement: we sit alongside Niagara, Desigo, and Metasys via BACnet/IP, adding wireless sensor data to the building systems you already run.

Multi-protocol mesh

BT 5.x Mesh for lighting and low-power assets. Thread / 6LoWPAN for HVAC control loops. LoRaWAN for outdoor and long-range sensors. Each protocol running in parallel, managed from one gateway.

Edge-secure architecture

Every MK-GW gateway ships with TPM 2.0 and mutual TLS provisioning. OTA firmware updates are signed and verified before applying. Node credentials never leave the facility perimeter.

BMS-native integration

BACnet/IP and Modbus TCP adapters are built-in, not added on. Connect mesh sensor data directly to Johnson Controls, Siemens Desigo, or Honeywell Niagara — without a middleware server.

MeshOS Platform

MeshOS: the firmware and dashboard behind every deployment

Device provisioning at scale, OTA updates with rollback, MQTT-SN data pipelines to your BMS, and a live mesh-health dashboard for facility teams.

From the field

What facility engineers say

"We evaluated five mesh platforms before Meshkindle. Every other vendor required a separate integration server between the gateway and Metasys. Meshkindle's native BACnet/IP adapter meant our BMS engineer could map the points directly — no middleware, no custom driver license. Commissioning time dropped by roughly four months."

Director of Smart Buildings, Northeast commercial real estate portfolio

"The Thread stack on the MK-GW-1000 holds RSSI margins in the basement chiller room — through a 250mm concrete slab, next to high-voltage switchgear. The two other platforms we piloted both degraded to packet loss above 20% within six weeks of commissioning. Meshkindle has been at 99.8% uptime for 18 months."

We visit your facility, map the RF environment, and design the mesh topology before any hardware ships. Pilot deployments typically start at 50–100 nodes.
