The Team

Four people. Two disciplines. One building problem.

Facility operations experience meets embedded systems engineering. The Meshkindle team comes from the exact environment the product was built to fix.

Felix Brunner, CEO and Co-Founder of Meshkindle

Felix Brunner

CEO & Co-Founder

Felix spent four years as a facilities director at a Boston-area life sciences campus — the experience that led directly to Meshkindle. He watched a $2.1M HVAC failure unfold over 72 hours because a single sensor was reporting to a dashboard nobody monitored. Before facilities, he worked in commercial building automation systems. He brings the operational perspective that shapes every product decision: alerts that explain themselves, dashboards that work for facility managers on the floor, hardware that commissions without a specialist.

Linnea Ström, CTO and Co-Founder of Meshkindle

Linnea Ström

CTO & Co-Founder

Linnea's background is in embedded systems for commercial building projects — she joined Felix after years building firmware for smart building hardware in the Greater Boston area. She designed the mesh topology algorithm and the quantized anomaly-detection model that runs on each Meshkindle node. During the initial prototype, she wrote the BACnet and Modbus bridge firmware from scratch in three weeks. She leads the hardware engineering team and all protocol integration work, with a specific focus on reliability in the noisy RF environments typical of industrial facilities.

Tomasz Walczak, Head of Systems Architecture at Meshkindle

Tomasz Walczak

Head of Systems Architecture

Tomasz joined Meshkindle through the Boston Hardware Startup Network, where Felix and Linnea found him after watching his presentation on low-latency industrial networking. He brings deep experience in industrial network architecture — designing communication infrastructure for manufacturing and logistics environments where reliability, latency, and protocol translation are not academic problems. At Meshkindle, he owns the cloud infrastructure, the telemetry pipeline, and the API layer that connects Meshkindle data to ServiceNow, Salesforce Field Service, and third-party BMS platforms.

Renata Souza, Head of Customer Success at Meshkindle

Renata Souza

Head of Customer Success

Renata spent five years managing multi-facility IoT rollouts at a regional cold-chain logistics firm in New England — the exact customer segment Meshkindle targets. She has personally overseen the commissioning and ongoing operation of IoT monitoring systems across more than 20 cold-chain and distribution facilities. At Meshkindle, she owns the entire customer journey from initial deployment through ongoing operations: hardware commissioning, team training, dashboard configuration, alert tuning, and compliance reporting setup. She wrote the deployment runbook used on every current Meshkindle installation.

Talk to the team directly

Every Meshkindle demo is run by someone who has actually commissioned hardware in a facility. No SDR gatekeeping — you talk to the people who built the product.
